Kingman Camelback Estates is an established city neighborhood, with a minimum of 1/2 acre lots, some are greater than that. Mainly established in the early 80's it consists of mainly single family homes up to Jagerson. Some manufactured homes only allowedNorth of Jagerson.
Currently, equestrian animals are not allowed, but the building of RV garages is allowed without the restriction of having them match the homes exactly. All city services, water, power, police, trash.
Kingman Camelback sits against the Cerbat Mountain range, noted by Bull Mountain. This area has C,C,&R's, but no HOA. This is located in the Cerbat school area.

Hualapai Foothill Estates - A wonderful
established city neighborhood, which began
forming in the 80's. Until recent years,
all lots were 1 acre in size, until newer
developments in the past 10 years
allowed 1/2 acre lots.
Sitting at the base
of the Hualapai Mountains, most lots have
a beautiful view of the city and some of the
one acre lots are allowed equestrian animals
depending on the tract's C,C and R's, but no HOA.

Kingman Park Estates - One of the older
established quality neighborhoods, which was formed
in the 1970's.
This neighborhood is located South of Eastern
Avenue and most of the homes are of larger
square footage.
Most of the homes are located
on city acres, which according to city zonning
regulations does allow equetrian animals.
Those homes in Kingman Park Estates which
sit on less than a city acre are not zonned for
equestrian animals. This area has C,C&R's, but
no HOA. All city services, water, power, police
and trash. This area is in the
Hualapai school area.

Vista Bella is an established neighborhood in the city
which was started in the late 80's. Good size lots,most are 100x100, beautiful views. All city services, water, power, trash, but some do not have natural gas. C,C&R's and some of the newer homes have HOA fees. This is in the Hualapai school area.

Golden Gate addition is located in central Kingman, mostly off of Stockton HIll Road. Some lots are as small as 50x100 and some as large as 100x100. Great location, all city services, no HOA's (except right at golf course) and no C,C & R;s. This is located in the Manzanita school area.

Cerbat Ranches is located just outside the north side of Kingman. These are one acre or more lots with gorgeous mountain and city views. Zonned for horses, most have water, all have electric, the gas is propane, mostly paved roads, no HOA's, some C,C&R's. This area is located in the Cerbat school area.

Silver Ridge is a development formed in the last 15 years
right off Stockton Hill Road, close to the New Safeway which is located at Gordon and Stockton Hill Road. Most lots are about 75x100, modern homes, all city services and centrally located. Streets and sidewalks. This is in the Manzanita school area.
